Humans are wired for connection, but relationships can become unsteady when we lose our individual sense of balance.

Boundaries help us maintain that balance by defining where we end and others begin—both emotionally and energetically.

For some, boundaries may be loose and fragile. They may prioritize others at the expense of themselves, or struggle to find a clear sense of identity. Others may have overly rigid boundaries, finding it difficult to ask for help or open up, even when vulnerability is healthy and needed.

If any of this sounds familiar—you’re not alone. Many people struggle with building healthy boundaries, often without realizing that imbalanced boundaries are at the source of their distress. Even people who do understand what healthy boundaries look like often find it challenging to implement or maintain them.

This 8-week group is designed to help you explore, strengthen, and realign your boundaries in a supportive, compassionate environment. Through psychoeducation, guided discussion, and experiential exercises, you will learn how to:

  • Identify your current boundary patterns

  • Understand the root of those patterns

  • Practice setting clear, respectful boundaries

  • Build deeper self-trust and emotional resilience

  • Foster more authentic, balanced relationships

  • Navigate boundary challenges with family, friends, partners, work, and technology

Whether you’re just beginning this work or looking to go deeper, you’re welcome here.
