Neurodivergent Empowerment, Support, & Transformation
Find Your Flock. Build Your Nest.
An 8-week Therapeutic Group Offering for Late-Diagnosed Neurodivergent Women
NEST is a space dedicated to exploring your neurodivergence. Each session combines education with meaningful discussions to uncover and celebrate your unique strengths and challenges. NEST offers an opportunity to build community and support your personal goals, helping you navigate life with greater authenticity and resilience.
This virtual group is tailored for late-diagnosed neurodivergent women seeking support to better understand themselves, connect with others, and develop skills for managing daily life. Many women diagnosed later in life describe feeling both relief and grief—relief in finally having words for their experiences, and grief for years spent misunderstood. This safe and validating environment allows for the exploration of these feelings while providing practical tools for thriving.
Alongside structured learning, the group emphasizes the importance of connection. Each session includes time for open discussion, reflection, and community-building, allowing participants to share their experiences, reduce isolation, and feel understood by peers who have similar journeys.
